It fits every occasion: luxury weddings, birthdays, corporate parties, christenings, hen and stag parties, galas and festivals. Our two handcrafted booths — L'Eden Booth and Le St Trop — blend elegantly into a winery, a Provençal mas or a design-forward reception.

How much does a photobooth rental cost?

How do I choose the right package for my event?

Accepted Answer

Start (150 prints) suits intimate events of 20 to 35 guests. Standard (250 prints) is our best-value option for 35 to 70 guests. Standard + (400 prints) is chosen by most weddings of 70 to 120 guests. Premium offers unlimited prints — ideal for large weddings, galas and long corporate events.

How do we book a photobooth?

Booking is fully online in three steps: check your date's availability, request a personal quote, then confirm the booking with a 50 % deposit that locks the date. You then receive a recap email with the personalisation brief and delivery schedule.

How far in advance should we book?

Accepted Answer

For weddings we recommend booking 6 to 12 months ahead, especially Saturdays between May and September — high season fills up quickly. For private events, 7 to 15 days is usually enough. If it's last-minute, we always do our best to find a solution.

Can we rent the photobooth for several days?

Absolutely. Multi-day rentals are perfect for weekend weddings, trade shows and multi-day public events. We offer discounted rates from 48 hours upward — contact us for a bespoke quote.

Is the photobooth self-service?

Accepted Answer

Fully. Your guests use it on their own through an intuitive touch interface. Our technician installs the booth before your guests arrive and picks it up the next day — you have nothing to worry about.

Is there a usage limit during the event?

Accepted Answer

No. Throughout the rental, the photobooth is available for unlimited use — guests can take as many photos as they want. Only the number of printed copies varies depending on the package (or is unlimited with Premium).

Can we customise the print frame and layout?

Of course. We design a bespoke frame with names, date, logo, palette and typography. Multiple layouts are available (portrait, landscape, 2 poses, 4 poses, strip) and photos can be printed with or without the custom frame.

How much space do we need?

About 2 m × 2 m on the ground with a standard power outlet within 10 metres. We recommend a well-lit spot, away from the main speakers, for the comfort of your guests.

Can the photobooth be used outdoors?

Yes, provided the booth sits under a shelter (marquee, awning or gazebo), protected from rain, humidity and wind, near a stable power source. It's perfectly suited to outdoor weddings, garden parties and festivals.

Does it work in a dark room or at night?

Yes — thanks to studio LED lighting and a 35 mm f/1.8 DSLR, the booth produces sharp, luminous and professional-looking images, even in very low light.

Are photos backed up digitally?

Yes. Every photo is automatically saved in a private, secure gallery. You receive the link within 48 hours after your event: unlimited high-resolution downloads, easy sharing with guests, no expiry.

Who has access to my photos and data?

Your gallery is strictly private — only those with the link can see it. We never publish your photos without your written consent and we fully comply with the GDPR.

Do you travel outside the Drôme?

Yes, within roughly one hour's drive of Pierrelatte: Saint-Paul-Trois-Châteaux, Donzère, Montélimar, Bollène, Pont-Saint-Esprit, Bourg-Saint-Andéol, Orange, Bagnols-sur-Cèze, Aubenas and nearby towns in the Drôme, Ardèche, northern Gard and northern Vaucluse. What happens if the equipment is damaged?

We apply clear, transparent insurance terms. Minor incidents are handled by us. In the event of major damage, an excess of up to €1,000 may apply. We always guide you kindly to prevent any incident.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer, credit card and cash. A 50% deposit at booking locks the date; the balance is due one week before the event or on installation day. A detailed invoice is always provided.

Do you need an internet connection on site?

No — our photobooths run autonomously, with no connection required. Photos are saved locally and then synced to your private gallery. A 4G key can be provided if the venue lacks reliable Wi-Fi, but quality depends on local network coverage.

Can we add props or a photo backdrop?

Absolutely. We offer a photobooth props kit (hats, glasses, signs) and can install a bespoke backdrop — floral, botanical, linen or signature canvas — that echoes your décor.
