These terms and conditions govern photobooth rentals and related services provided by Le Temps d'un Souvenir, based in Pierrelatte (26700), Drôme, France.

Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms, which prevail over any other document unless agreed in writing beforehand.

Each booking is covered by a personalised quote stating the date, venue, package, options and any travel fees. Quotes issued automatically after an online request are indicative and must be confirmed with us before booking.

A booking is firm once the quote is signed (or accepted in writing) and the deposit is paid. Prices are in euros.

Delivery, setup and collection are included within a 15 km radius of Pierrelatte. Beyond that, travel fees of €0.15 per additional kilometre (one way) apply and are shown on the quote.

Events located more than 100 km away are subject to a specific, personalised quote.

A 50% deposit is required to secure the date. The balance is due no later than the day of the event, before the service starts.

Payment is made by bank transfer or cash. Late payment may incur interest at the applicable legal rate.

Cancellations must be notified in writing. If cancelled more than 15 days before the event, the deposit may be transferred to a new date within 12 months, subject to availability.

If cancelled less than 15 days before the event, the deposit is retained as compensation. Within 7 days of the event, the full amount remains payable.

Should we be unable to attend (breakdown, accident, force majeure), we will seek a replacement solution or refund all sums paid, to the exclusion of any further compensation.

The client provides a flat, sheltered area of roughly 2 m² and a 230 V power socket located less than 40 metres from the photobooth.

Setup takes place before guests arrive and requires free access to the venue. Any delay caused by the client does not extend the agreed rental time.

The equipment remains the exclusive property of Le Temps d'un Souvenir. The client is responsible for it throughout the rental and agrees to use it appropriately.

Any damage, breakage, theft or loss noted on collection will be invoiced at the replacement value of the equipment concerned.

Photos taken during the event are delivered to the client as a digital gallery. They are never sold or transferred to third parties.

Personal data collected (name, email, phone, event date and venue) is used solely for quoting, organising the service and invoicing. You may request access, correction or deletion by writing to letemps.d1souvenir@gmail.com.

Any publication of photos on our social media or website requires the client's prior agreement.

Any claim must be sent within 8 days of the event to letemps.d1souvenir@gmail.com. These terms are governed by French law.

Failing an amicable agreement, disputes will be brought before the competent courts of the company's registered office.
